This function dedupes all records in the table(s) using the postal address. Besides the degree of matching, between 1 and 100 percent, it can also be determined which components of the address should be included in the comparison. If required, certain components of the address, such as the house number or the street, can thus be excluded from the comparison. For the address components that should be included in the comparison, data fields must be also be entered in the field assignment, whereas with address components that are not to be included in the comparison, it doesn’t matter if data fields are entered for the field assignment or not.
