This function dedupes all records in the table(s) using the email address. Here, it can be also determined which components of the email address should be considered in the comparison, and if the contact person and/or company should be included. When the comparison is limited to the domain and the top-level domain, one can, e.g., make a comparison against a list with blocked domains.
