Thus, the salutations for letters and addresses created by using the 'Determining the Salutation for Letters' function can be included in the standard address file. And in order to take advantage of the corresponding discounts offered by certain postal services, the standard address file can finally also be sorted according to the postal code, and in doing so the foreign addresses, grouped according to countries, are added to the end of the file.
